Louis Pasteur was considered “slow”
Although he was a hard worker, Louis Pasteur was considered "slow" by his teachers. That didn't stop him, however, as he later did much to help mankind. Solving problems in industry, agriculture and medicine, Pasteur became famous for developing the method called pasteurization, in which milk is heated and cooled so it becomes safe to drink. This innovation has saved countless lives and has made the world a better place in which to live.
