Letter from Sister Carol Ann
Villa Maria’s campus was your home while you were learning, growing, and developing skills for life. Your memories from those years will never change – but your classmates and our campus have. When did you last see a Villa alum? Have you seen the Dining Hall, New Entrance, Junior High Classrooms, the Gym and Performing Arts Center? Did you know we just added a Design Lab with a 3-D printer, interscholastic sports, and a student electives program?
After teaching at Villa Maria for 9 years, and leading it for 34 years, I am assuming a new role as Director of Mission Advancement and Alumni Relations. I’m telling everyone that I get to do all the “fun stuff” without the extensive paperwork. For example, I will be going out into the community with our Director of Admissions and promoting the school, and with our Director of Development seeking grants and donations from foundations. I am also responsible for reaching out to our alumni, updating our alumni website, and organizing events.
I remain strongly committed to the mission and vision of Villa Maria School and look forward to your involvement and participation in the campus and school. However, in order for me to keep all of you connected, I need your contact information, especially your email addresses as well as those of your parents. If you are not receiving our digital newsletters, please go to our website and update your information at http://www.villamariaedu.org/updateus.
Thanks, and may God bless you always in all ways.
With all my best,
Sister Carol Ann, Director of Alumni Relations
